Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Items received after 14 days from delivery may be refused.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unread, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at novamcbeeassistant@gmail.com. Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided in your return authorization email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The damage

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may be denied.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund. Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect readability are not considered damage.

Returned items are shipped at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Physical Books

Physical books may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if there are  in new, unread condition, free of signs of handling, unless marked as final sale. 

Books must be returned with no markings, writing, bent pages, folded corners, creased spines, stains, or other damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds for items that show signs of use or damage. Items must be returned in new, resaleable condition.

We do not offer refunds for books that have been read.

Digital Products

Digital products (ebooks and audiobooks) are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

Digital products are delivered via email through our delivery partner BookFunnel. Delivery is considered complete when the email containing the download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for checking spam, junk, and promotional folders.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom products, gift cards, and digital products. We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, unread, and in original packaging—with proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your prior express consent.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds may be reduced or denied if returned items show signs of use, damage, or missing components.

PRE-ORDERS

Products marked “(Pre-Order)” are not currently in stock and are available for advance purchase. Pre-order status is clearly indicated on the homepage, product page, shopping cart, and order confirmation email.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

Payment

Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed to reserve your item.

Estimated Shipping

Each pre-order product page will list an estimated shipping timeframe. Estimated ship dates refer to the date the item is expected to leave our facility and do not include carrier transit time. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method selected. While we make every effort to meet estimated ship dates, production or carrier delays may occur.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once the pre-order item becomes available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the posted estimated ship date for that item. After that window, orders are locked for fulfillment.

After Shipment

Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Delays

Production, printing, or carrier delays may occur. If there is a material change to the estimated ship timeframe, customers will be notified.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any pre-order at our discretion.

Abuse & Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future orders in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.
