Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options within the continental United States:

Standard Shipping (USPS Media Mail): Estimated 2–8 business days after shipment. Media Mail delivery times may vary and may be subject to postal inspection, which can occasionally cause delays.

Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): Estimated 1–3 business days after shipment.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii follows the same rate structure, though delivery times may vary.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden), Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the United Arab Emirates via USPS and DHL Express.

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier but typically range from 7–21 business days.

Customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

We proudly ship to U.S. Armed Forces addresses worldwide. Delivery times are similar to domestic shipping but may vary depending on location.

Digital Products

Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered digitally via email through our delivery partner, BookFunnel, shortly after purchase. No physical shipping applies to digital products.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the email address provided at checkout is correct and for checking spam or junk folders.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or misdelivered shipments caused by carrier errors.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
